This could go in quick news, but I believe it's quite a major edit.
I've now changed the permissions so that you can all change your displays names yourself, mainly to save the admins time. However, you may only change it once every 30 days. Good update, will be a lot easier for people to change their names now. Just need to be careful that people who abuse this feature are dealt with swiftly.
