If it's a small change, which would help out a lot and not take long to do, Jagex would consider it more than a full idea for a Quest. As long as they see fit to add the change(s).

Lately I've been hard at work on Pure Warfare's homepage. Trying to make the guides nicer and easier for the Content Developers to update and keep them updated. Two examples of how the Skill Guides from this point on will be made can be seen by looking at the Prayer and Herblore guides. On these guides you will now be given a in depth look in to what the Skill is about, what bonuses there are to training it and how to do so, efficiently. There's also a new tab called "Skill Training Guide" which will tell you the best/cheapest ways to train the skill. Each of the prices are automatically updated daily by parsing the data from Jagex's Grand Exchange database and storing the data locally in our own database. That means it loads quicker for you guys instead of having to grab the data from RuneScape.com all the time. The Herblore guide is still currently in progress as more things are added to the training side of it. Hopefully it will come in useful once it is completed. Now, on to the main point of this topic! Simply means the connection between the client and the server got broken. Basically, they probably have dial up or a really crappy connection.

IP.Board is probably your best bet. There are free scripts such as SMF, or phpBB that you could consider.

Some are bots attempted to register and create spam topics, but they can't get passed the registration. Others are people who aren't registering and we can't force them to ;)

I forwarded the limits to Jagex. New maps take a lot more time and effort so I'm not entirely sure it's something Jagex will look in to right now. The limits however should be an easy change, even if they just change it to 200 or so. I'll let you know when I get a reply.

Everyone has suggestions and ideas for RuneScape. Ways to improve certain aspects of the game, of even major updates, such as a new quest. I have been asked buy Jagex to post a topic in order to gain new ideas from you guys. If it's a simple idea and can be quickly implemented in the game (should Jagex see fit to do so), then there's a large chance that it could actually happen. That being said, I know a lot of ideas will be thrown around so perhaps once a month I will set up a vote to see which suggestions you like the best. I will then submit the top 10 (maybe more, depending on how many ideas are submitted), to Jagex for them to review them.
