Here is some more review: A rune pure in F2P with 40 defence, 40 attack, 99 strength, 99 hp, 99 range and 31 prayer is 86 combat. That would WRECK almost any pure and most mains around its level in F2P, yet it isn't pure right?

There is no point in getting 99 attack even in p2p if you're 99 strength. 60 or 75 is ideal. People who get 99 are just asking to get wrecked. But your comparison is flawed. Someone can be 40 def and be a lower level than some pures depending on their attack and prayer levels. Yet 40 defence isn't pure, is it? Then why is 20+ defence pure? It isn't.

No that is not the entire point. The point of being pure back in the day was to have the best offensive attributes at a LOWER LEVEL. Level 100+ is not a "lower level" pvper. Face it you wouldn't stand a chance against a rune tank, etc. with prayer so why do people claim 30+ def with 95 prayer is pure? It isn't. Someone could be 40 defence and be around the same level as these ******* "addy daddys" or "mith lords" yet they aren't considered pure because they're 2 levels higher? You're an idiot. I rest my case.
