I only think it should be allowed in cases of rape and things along those lines. If your not responsible enough to put on a damn rubber or use birth control then you should deal with the consequences. I personally know a couple who has had 6, yes 6 abortions (And they're both barely 18 now, I'm pretty sure her first one was at 15). They wanted to have another one but the doctor finally refused. She had her baby a couple of weeks ago.

Nothing to do with reqs. If your clan sucks, your low level. If your clan is good your high level. Someone can have 50+ reqs but have all dedicated members who trained their way up. I base it on performance not requirements or levels.
