I was already in pretty good shape to begin with (Human Nutrition and Dietetics major so I'm food and fitness obsessed), but you'll definitely notice a difference if you do the whole thing. Not as drastic as the commercials, but you'll look a lot better and feel a lot better about yourself. Warning to those planning on doing it: It's a lot harder than it looks. Have plenty of water nearby for what limited short breaks you get.

They're different types of workouts. P90X is more cardio/strength training while Insanity is pretty much cardio and staying cut and trim. I did Insanity last summer and it was great. I'll probably switch it up and do P90X this summer.

It's fun to have, but kind of a ***** too.
