Saw this exact same topic literally last week... It's just a way to make clans that suck feel better about themselves by proclaiming themselves the #1 LPC or MPC. They just suck and are actually in the 10-20 range overall.

Do kinda sound like a spy. Saying those other clans suck. Looking for a small clan (easy clan to hit) with high levels (levels near your clans combat). Just my thought process, but if not I'd suggest Malice.
