I'm going to strongly disagree. Scribbbs was just the first to see hit. Jonty has already been banned and was on his last chance. It's his own fault. Had another mod/admin saw it then the same thing would have been done. I have nothing against Jonty, but from looking at his track record and how he still posted that when he was on a last chance (a chance that few ever get) it was his own fault.

I don't read much of the clan area so I don't really know. All I'm saying is from what I've seen from Jonty and what he posted he deserved what he got.

Was his own fault. Had it coming. If anybody other than scribbbs saw it first they would have done the same thing. Someone on their last chance should have known better. Stop using scribbbs as a scapegoat for Jonty's own stupidity. If anything was considered biased it would have been unbanning him since some people aren't lucky enough to get that second chance.
