Best chance would be MM but they seem to stubborn to fight in clan wars, even if it is dangerous.

Good luck, but instead of you pleading for ex-ranks of other clans to make your clan you should focus more of doing it yourself. No one is going to want to make the clan stable alone only for you to take credit for it in the end.

LPC is actually based off levels. MPC is based on pulls seeing how MPC's averages are very similar to those of HPC.
