m8, you make some very solid points, but Tribulation is running fine, we are still recruiting and will be starting official trips this weekend, we have a solid staff that will work hard when needed and when not needed. As you said, we weren't like "YES 30 MEMBERS GREAT START", no we planned and still plan on keeping up, recruiting day by day, though we ran into a problem with our site today that we will fix here shortly, we will still use a backup site for our applications until its up. We only do mini's to work on orginization and to test strategies that me and the other ranks come up with. We have fantastic levels, leadership, and experience who will get **** done. Trust me, we don't plan on making a foundation out of minis, just wait and see, we'll suprise ya :). Thanks for the pointers.

Seems like theirs a couple of newer clans opening including my own, do you think newer clans stand a shot to make it big and get up in the ranks or not? What would they need to do to get there? What does the leadership need?

we're usually looking for minis, not preps atm since we're still new and small. :|

We're not p2p based, we're balanced. And if you want to lead a clan, you dont just say "oh thats them," you have to be able to control your members.
