I'd quit if clans began to accept 40defence, But personally I have a feeling it won't be to long before clans actually start to accept 40 defence, I can see someone like massacre or TR accepting 40 defence by the end of this year.

Our mini wars are insane, I can safely say we have 10+ per day in both servers. And for our preps we have 3 a week. We do 2 pk trips on a weekend and Pcl on a friday night. Zenith has just recently re-opened and we have a steady 40 core members, If you just intro into Zenith and chill on vent you will know everyone by the end of the week ;)
