From what I know, China is regarded as the 'world superpower' because they have the largest army, and not to mention half of our cheap-souvenirs originate from there. Their economy is far less lucrative than America; and in a world that practically revolves around economy, The United States of America is still leading that frontier (Behind the European Union). (Sources from a quick google search; 'Worlds largest economy' and statistics provided by Wikipedia of GDP in 2009. Although, each statistic is an estimation.) It's also a countries political influence that determines their 'superpower' status.

World superpowers aside; there is no 'accurate measurement' of consistency. The only way to measure a clans consistency in the field of battle would be for Pure Warfare to develop a sort of League Table. Which would run alongside the weekend events; designated run in areas can be predetermined prior to the weekend. It can adopt a King of the hill playing style; the team that holds the ground until the opposition has been diminished wins. Scores are then collected and tallied, video evidence must be supplied all that rubbish. You have an intellectual staff base, I'm sure they can put their noodles to work and formulate a semi-decent idea. Nevertheless, there are a few... complexities to the whole idea.

Sure'll having a '#1' would cause more of a heated rivalry. I mean, the #2 clan would contest their title at every opportunity, this accounts for full outs, consistency at weekend trips, mini wars and prep wars? Also, Gack, a better analogy would be both of the world wars, instead of World War 2 and the Cold war... But really, America didn't win the 'wars'. They benefited from them; through trade, debts and whatnot and that's what elevated them to the 'world superpower'.

Trust me, if Sefket wasn't so compulsive half of the decisions made at Pure community wouldn't have been made...

Adobe After effects isn't free, and it's only really used for visual effects. Combine it with the likes of 3D StudioMax, Cinema4D and perhaps Shake/Maya and Motion then you'll have yourself some pretty professional visual effects. But that's not necessarily needed. However, as many have suggested Sony Vegas is good; easy to crack as well. But if you're up for it, you could try and find a crack for CS5 Master Edition (If that's that what it is called?). You'll get all of the adobe programs, Photoshop, After Effects, and even Abobe premier which is their editing software. The benefits of having all of the adobe programs is that you can import/export easily.

The template responses save both parties time, if somebody is willing to dedicate the time, and most importantly the effort to writing a one-to-one statement, over posting a template response then it is evident that their clan is the one for you. Simply because they've put their heart into recruiting you. Don't take it as a measurement of laziness, more a measurement of care, and attention.

Which is why a clan operating on the old fundamentals would more than likely prosper. As long as you have a system in place to educate your new members (whom we assume know nothing about clan[ning] in general) then you should be able to formulate a half decent team.
