OK well after reading the post from Walli and Honey talking, looks really good for TLP atm. If a clan is declared upon with fair rules either accept or decline. In now way are they able to try and change the rules if they are fair for both clans.

(a) TLP is a great P2P clan and trying to become a F2P clan also, with your help and knowledge you could take TLP to new heights (B) E, I am sure had a great and awesome community, one that no clan would ever be able to match. Well I had a similiar thing in AAO, and when it closed almost two years ago I found TLP soon after. I have met many people who are helpful and also knowledgeable. TLP and this is why man... Community! I have been here for about two years now, I know the leaders, I know LB, I know elites, I know Exp and Proud Members and even starting the new members. I joined with friends and was not "accepted" right away, but after meeting people, you begin to expand, you talk on vent, you talk in IRC you talk in game. And honestly with out the people in TLP i would have quit this game a long time ago. They are people I have known for some time and even talk with them beyond scape. If a community is what you are looking for, and a great clan to back it up. Then TLP is a great place for you. Hey Dude, Sorry about E, I can't believe that happened. I know E has great F2P players. Well TLP has great P2P players, why not combine them to make a great F2P and P2P clan. I know their is no community like E since you were in it, but I hope that you can find something similiar. Be it TLP or not, pick a clan based on the community and not the +1 Opt on a weekend trip. Join a clan that can utilize your skill and talent to better the clan. I wish you the best in finding a clan you may call home again. Wins and Loses will always come and go, but friends are people you can share those ups and downs with. People you can make connections with, and I mean RS has a friends list...What better thing than to scape with friends either you go with or meet at a new clan.
