For skeles you can either go to Damis' lair where you do his part of DT and kill them there. You can also use the trapdoor behind the chaos altar in the wild after starting Defender of Varrock. Lastly, you can melee the skele monkeys at ape atoll.

Good fights to everyone we fought, yes to clear things up we lost to TLP both fights. They simply out opted us and of course you can't win down 15. Was very fun!
