If you are on Sky or BT and considering switching to virgin media, ******* don't. I've had problems for 5-6 months now and FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES i have been told that they are going to fix the problem within 30 days. Today was the fifth date I had been given and 30 seconds ago I got off the phone and was told "Yeah the problem has been moved back to the 2nd of December because we are still investigating it" Which is what I've been told for the last 5-6 months. I've been paying for a 30MB connection and getting a 0.02MB connection for 5-6 months now and there's **** all I can do about it because there is no way I'm getting talktalk. If you are thinking of switching to virgin media, don't. They've been robbing money off me for almost half a year now and are just making up ******** to keep me paying for it.

Been working really hard today, most of the work was trying to cut down the strain on my server that it will take because I'm going to need to buy two servers, one for backup incase the main one is offline. So right now the script is only running once every hour. I ran it once every ten minutes but didn't see many changes at all, so I changed it to one hour periods because it's 6x less usage for me. It's finished and I'm creating the homepage right now where you can select a start date/time and an end date/time. Also considering using AJAX instead to make it easier. Here's an image preview:

Okay so I have been extremely busy over the past two weeks and like 15 clans asked me to add them to the KDR list and I said I would add them to V2 but I never got round to it. So I'm finished with my really important business (frying pancakes, ordering dominos and making ownage pk commentaries) and I just started work on the Clan Tracker v2 around an hour ago. So all clans on the current one will be added, but if you want your clan to be added to V2 YOU MUST POST HERE WITH YOUR CLAN NAME AND LINK TO YOUR RUNESCAPE CLAN HIGHSCORES. I promise you that V2 will have much more usability and be much more convenient. Toodlepip.

Okay so I'm redesigning the clan tracker but I've put that project on hold for now as I'm working on something different and much more time consuming (Not runescape related) but when i do revamp it in a week or two, what way would you like it to work? OPTION 1 It would work like it does right now. Tracking kills between 4 EST and 7 EST on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and then it would display a table for each weekend and archive the weekend. OPTION 2 This is what I have been working on. It will track kills/deaths for every clan every 15 minutes forever. Then you can simply go on the website and choose a starting date & time and an ending date & time and it will display the Kills, Deaths and K.D. Ratio for each clan during that period of time. So if you end your trip early you can use that, or if you have a mid-week run-in you can use it also. Please vote babes :wub:

I don't include deaths because that isn't really the point. More kills = More fights = More Runescape = Winning Also before anybody points out, I'm aware that the dates are showing incorrectly. I fixed that on monday but looks like im running a backup of my server cause my css files are gone too. I'll fix it again tomorrow, cba going through the **** custom cpanel that my host has right now with 0.0001mbps net.

Ok so everyones spamming my pm like "omg its 00:00 why didnt it upd8" well the script that takes the kills/deaths of every clan at the END of a trip runs at 00:00, and there is another script which compares the starting kills/deaths of every clan and puts them into a new table that shows the Kills and KD Ratio of each clan. So for the last few weeks, at 00:00 the script that takes final kills/deaths would run and then at the same time, the script that calculates the overall KD would run. But my **** server lagged and it didn't finish parsing all of the Kills/Deaths before the KD script ran. So I moved it to 10 minutes after the trip finished to calculate the KD, so stop spamming me. ALSO. The setup I have right now isn't rly practical so... I'm moving to a new server and it will work like this. I'm going to track Kills/Deaths every 15 minutes and then you can go to the site and select a starting date/time and a ending date/time. And then you can just easily get your KD as soon as your trip finishes and use it for week-day run-ins as well.

So I posted about my little project for weekends and here it is... http://www.ClanWeekend.Info Just click on the dates at the bottom to see the info for Friday/Saturday/Sunday. It will automatically record and archive the Kills, Deaths and K.D Ratio for pure clans on weekends between 4 EST and 7 EST. The results for Saturday are up and they are quite interesting. This will be a constant thing as the server I am hosting this on right now is already paid for another two years. But what I'm going to do is move it to a new server and track kills/deaths/KD Ratios every 10 minutes so that you can have weekday run-ins and then check the tracker by selecting a time range. That's exactly what I was thinking BUT I have an idea, although it can possibly be exploited too. I'm also going to track kills of each individual clan member and if one person has too much of a share of kills, for example over 20 kills for one trip, then it won't include that clan in the table. Not sure how effective it would be though because clans could actually just be **** together and get like 30 members to kill a few people like 10 times each. I don't know, this is kind of like in "First To X" fights in clan-wars. Clans can be faggots and use spies to join/leave the portal over and over but that just takes away from the enjoyment so nobody does it. I hope people will be as civil with this too.
