Which is where the meaning of "consistency" comes in. Clan's that DON'T HAVE bad weekends are the clans that should be considered having higher strength then the ones pulling crap opts every other week, and being beastly in a full out.

good point, but would you rather determine a clan's strength by how well they do on a normal basis, or how well this they on one special day, (Where they probably much prepare for weeks). To me, i guess they're both pretty much the same in their own ways, but I'd prefer consistency over Brute power on one day

Like what you're doing now? On Topic. I think a full out determines the clan's capability at it's peak. It could be useful at times, but i really doubt it determines a clan's full strength. If a clan pulls 60 to a full out but ends up pulling a measly 40 to every trip, then the full out obviously has no use what so ever. In all Honesty, I enjoyed the PCR list very much.
