It's not like PCL is important at all to even discuss regulating rules about it; There are no implications onto whether you win or lose. PCL is strictly about fun. I can't remember the last PCL topic on PW that was taken seriously at all, nor did it have any significant displacing of clan rankings. Just let people wear what they want, and PCL will be the optimal amount of fun.

There's a general idea that as long as you're under 40 defence, you're good to go. Won't be long before that idea is shattered though.

I strongly suggest you at least consider IR for a these reasons. 1. Our community is often imagined to be a shitfest, yet we have no quarrels between the members, something that clans suffer through often. 2. We have a balanced F2P and P2P game - We've beaten the best at matched in both servers before. 3. We're situated right now in a place where we average around 30~ pulls. This is a perfect time for a group of people to impact a clan. Try checking us out man! #irclan
