I don't like the first whatsoever, however the other three look very appealing.

Being serious minded though, I wouldn't recommend advertising help in leading a clan, never works out Leadership should be composed of people you as an individual can trust 100%, the sort of people you know inside out and you know they won't "get bored" or "jump ship". The problem you have advertising a leadership role is you don't fully know who you're getting, and 9 times out of 10 it will go sour for you.
