Because teleporting while soloing makes you lose wars. L2read Tbh, there aren't any clans that are honor clans. I idle in a lot of them and see people coming in with proof all the time. They either get insta-kbed or they say "you're probably nh yourself" which is completely irrelevant.

I agree with the F2P comment. 30 defence without turmoil is pathetic. Although, 20 defence is hardly better. Turmoil is more pure than 20 defence, get good.

Exactly. Neither are pure, but at least you get some major offensive bonuses with 30 and turmoil. Unquested 30 is just terrible, though.
