Wouldn't really say eop they are having a spurt as they usually do which leads to the usual slump that they have but I think they have the leadership now to stay out of it. Epidemic has gradually improved so I'd say E for the year, Eop for the last month or so. -

^ Called wide grip pull ups not sure how strong you are so you might only be able to do a few if thats the case then go buy some resitance bands that suit your strength level and build up to the pull ups (wide grip)
