yeah we've already had two or three wednesday trips since we've been open, and i remember they were mandatory in Epidemic in 07 Obviously the pulls will be slightly lower, but its all for fun

Epidemic closed when they did because they wanted to get inb4 a slump. I'm not trying to flame, i was on the side helping Epidemic, but we were fighting a losing battle against FOE + MM, and Epidemic closed before they slumped so people would remember them as a great clan. Any other clan could have done that in the last year, as virtually every big clan has had a run for a month or so at #1 in the past year. I'm not saying their leaders weren't sick of rs because obviously i can't know what they feel better than they can, but they weren't "sick of runescape" when they were on the rise, only when they were on the decline. Thanks for the support everyone What makes NME special is the vision we have; veterans of this community coming together to be involved in a clan so modern and innovative yet still so old school that it really is something fresh. We've been open a week now, we as the leadership were part of (and in some cases, leading) the most well respected and successful clans in rs history. With NME we will bring back the respect and fun that pure clans were once based on, whilst still being a F2p powerhouse that wouldn't look out of place in the 06/07 era. Again, thanks for all your kind words

Our clans name is actually Enemy and NME is the after thought, needless to say if it was a precursor to rot thats around 6 or 7 years ago, haha

What clans has Mm killed? EPIDEMIC lol. And sent other clans in massive slumps which we pretty much killed them outta our league. Made em fight lil guy clans.. By the way, this topic is a lil late, because the flaming between MM/EOP has gone WAAAAY down since EOP started pulling low. So I dunno if bringing up the past will make matters any better lol. It's between MM/FOE now. Your duty is to "kill **** clans" and your claim to fame is (apparently) killing Epidemic? What an absolute retard, might wanna try harder at carrying out your duty if you've only "killed" one **** clan in 7 years Lol mad. We've basically killed other clans too by making em fight lil guy clans like I said.... And beating E wasn't our claim to fame, don't flatter yourself. It was just nice to kill you guys because you were such a cocky clan. You were pretty much like an EOP, stepped up, got cocky and got dropped despite having a huge defence advantage.. If it wasn't for MM slumping clans then other clans wouldn't be able to step up (or it would be much more difficult). Yeah its kind of embaressing for both clans now because the only people who flame come across as really unintelligent with the way they reply, I tend to keep clear of most of it these days

Well, goodluck then, if you really are dedicated to making it work then go for it, just please don't **** on people for offering friendly advice because it makes you look pretty silly in the long run and clans are all about "reputation" these days. Hope you enjoy yourself :thumbsup:

Haha, your telling possibly the most respected clan leader around here, someone who led a clan to NUMBER ONE that you don't want them to ruin your topic by giving you advice? I don't know who you are because you've decided to be anonymous for whatever reason (I can only think its for negative reasons), but take it from the people on this topic when they say that if you attempt to start a clan by advertising it on the pure clan discussion sub forum on a pure fan site, its pretty unlikely you'll end up going anywhere. Either way, it died. If you read my topic you would see that I wasn't looking for advice :P Well you obviously seem too naive to actually realise the stupidity of your proposal. You want to start a clan with random people from these forums? People have obviously taken it upon themselves to give you advice because quite frankly you don't understand how ridiculous advertising on here is. It was nice to see someone with so much dedication to have fun and carry on with their clan despite all that happened. Its a shame that it came to this, but I'm sure you've earned alot of respect for at least attempting to carry on when it was looking pretty bleak. Goodluck to whereever your members end up
