It was cool for a while in mid 07, smaller clans could use it well to their advantage but the bigger clans who are less willing to full out under rules that don't benefit them don't seem to care for it all that much.

I personally have never thought that raising attack was something to frown upon/look down at, even since the beggining of my pure clan career in 04 there was those with high attack. For example, when whip first came out those with 70 attack were gods, and not seen as developing into a main. I think the difference between attack and defence is that attack is purely offensive, and the big issue around defence is the defensive advantages it gives, drifting away from the traditional fast paced action the majority of us got into pures for. So in conclusion, the more attack the better in terms of clans, it can only help, and for single pking theres a sweet spot.

Well, the scene Control is currently a part of is pretty crappy because of the other clans who you are contending with. Obviously theres clans such as CP and Fi and you know for sure they arn't gonna close or anything and they're relatively stable, but alongside these clans are the ones such as Chaotic, Defiance, Ambition et cetera. These "new school" clans are alot different from what the classic example of a clan is, such as MM, EOP, FI, TLP etc. These new school clans really are not that different from each other and for all intents and purposes, are pretty much clones of the clans they contend with. The leadership teams leave a clan for whatever reason and then rotate amongst the other clans, who end up dying, being reborn under the same/a different name with a slightly modified leadership team consisting of staff from various other recently dead clans. It's an endless cycle of wasted oppotunities and unfortunately, failure. So, relating that to the point of the topic, the reason theres a lack of unstable clans is because of the fact that the only people making clans have a history of instability, its almost as if they know no different. They can only get so far, see a roadblock, and then rinse and repeat the entire process, and thats the reason its difficult for a clan to progress to the next stage.

When E closed I didnt join another, and that was like 1 and a half years ago or something but if it was the same situation now and I HAD to join a clan, it'd be Control or TLP

I hope you guys can be consistent and eventually expand enough to offer the two top F2P clans fights, it'd be nice to see a change

Nice job guys, one of my favourite clans around at the moment. I see alot of potential, stick to it and keep making good decisions and I'm sure you'll be flying the way to the top
