    People who are recruited ingame generally aren't experienced clanners (as most of them have never clanned before) and whilst in their first clan at least won't really know what to do for a bit of time. That's why people see it as mass recruiting. Advertising your website to a group of people you haven't spoke to and have no intention of speaking to until they apply for your clan is mass recruiting though yes. Don't take this as a flame, who am I to judge other clans' tactics
