Foe are undefeated in p2p full-outs, and can't seem to beat MM in f2p full outs. If you wanna claim #1 on full outs than it will take a long time. If you wanna claim it on consistency, I think we have a #1.

Waste of time for EOP to go for #1/#2 atm. I'm 19 going to university now and I barely log on RuneScape anymore. All the other leaders are 19/20, except Old P K 3 R who is 39 now I believe (:wub:). I am proud to say that we have set our goal and accomplished it, #3 F2P and dominant. We will now focus on P2P and take #3.

 

After that, who knows, MM or Foe might decline and EOP might rise again, but don't see this happening anytime soon.

Consistency, which personally I think matters the most but is not the official position, Foe is #1 in both servers by far. Officially, MM is #1 f2p because of the fullouts. They've "consistently" beaten Foe in clanwars time and time again.
