Id say at the momment Foe are much closer to becoming '#1' Athlough I dont ever think they'll beat MM in a F2p fullout for a long time yet although they can give it a good go whereas Foe v MM in a P2p fullout will only result in MM getting buttfucked without a puting up much of a fight.

OT:No there will never be a #1 pure clan again. Clan warring has been divided into too many aspects.

F2P CLW, P2P CLW, F2P WILDY, P2P WILDY. I Highly doubt any clan can take best clan in all 4 of those areas. A number one clan would have to dominate in every one of those areas to be considered #1.
