The only people that changed the way it is now where the high leveled clans, who were also the ones who used to uphold the standard for 1-20 defence.

 

If people didnt just throw the issue to the side so much who have control over it, **** would change.

Adamant should be aloud in F2P for the simple reason that it isn't impossible to hit and it's still underpowered compared to Rune -- it's not like we have to bring fire blasts just to kill one Addy daddy, right? :J
