Everyone is too lazy these days to actually run a true low level clan.

 

Youd have to get friends to make new accounts because theyre too obsessed with theyre higher pures. Youd have to decline kids with stats that dont really sync with your ml, if you know what I mean.

 

Nobody knows how/wants to run a legit low level clan,

i would be willing to lead a low lvl clan i have my main pure then my baby pure. maybe every clan should make a junior clan for people with baby pures and once they hit like 65 cb make them leave and not let people over 60 cb app. and even if they were only there for a few weeks youll still get new members constantly

ya that was like inception, our max was a 61 i think. back then there were 3 true low lvl clans and we all 3 actually had fun
