Use the bank inside the cooking guild if you can.

If you have done the varrock achievement diary you will be able to use the bank inside the cooking guild - much like you would be able to use the furnace at edgeville.

skills necklace does teleport to cooking guild, but you need to have done legends if you want recharge them yourself so you gonan have to buy. theyre easy to buy as theyre kinda commin pvp drop. not sure about selling uncharged ones tho.
