If when ppl clear the battlefield then its over. As TLP did in F2P we cleared CP then stayed at Gap, didn't keep pushing.

 

O and CLW/BH fights are stupid, FI/EOP I mean, some clans have mains, or return in nothing but a few crappy items...So fight in places where you can return but not get ragged and hugged as easily. I mean the top clans will stick out, TLP, FOE, MM. Others will fall off the map as any sort of competition.

all clans return in rag gear depending on how long the fight is, don't try pointing out who lol. as foe that competition bit, no offense but tlp cant be put in that category as they always fall off the map.

This has been stated a long time ago by myself and others.

 

When you leave the battlefield you lose. You don't get to remass and head back out, you don't get to return 5 no itemers and claim the fight goes on, you don't get to DDS poke your way back into the fight. You're ******* done when you're done. Use common sense and accept a loss.

sometimes pushing happens involuntarily. for example: clan 1 rushes into 2 with scims. clan 2 backs out to range. clan 1 rushes with scims. That cant be helped and shouldn't be counted as a win obviously, but clans will just use this as an excuse.

I agree for the most part, now wins will be whoever holds the initial battleground

pushing isnt the problem, chasing clans that are being pushed is the problem.

Well then the clan that got pushed would just re-mass and re-rush before the other clan has time to collect loot/log. The problem is it's far too easy to return, back in the day if you died you had to run all the way to draynor then gdz telly, or take a bronze axe out and run back to lummby. Now you respawn at a bank and there are tellys to clan wars, wilderness volcano, moss giants, all the anchant tellys and fog. When you die you can get back to anywhere in under 2 minutes with ease (fresh supply s as well)

pushing seems to drag fights out longer than they should be, clans should be stationary.

 

 

discuss.

 

If a clan is backing off you, you are going to follow them and try to kill them right? (Within reason)

 

Foe don't really call pushes anymore, I think it's the same with quite a few of the larger clans.

if one clan is completely stationary the fight will never rly end because of returners?

 

unless one clan logs and leave stragglers to die.

Well, alot of clans depend on returning now adays, and most wars last up to a good 20 minutes to 2 hours. In f2p, none of that happends, or should happen, because of the returning spots. Its only the difficulty in p2p, you should just stay in one area, one clan gets pushed so be it. Its ridiculous to see two topics being made, because both clans have proof that back there story up. So you can never really determine a true winner, unless you happen to be in the fight, or watching. But posting a topic isn't even for the fun of it anymore, its for the publicity.
