8 brews = 32 doses

 

28 inventory spaces - 8 brews = 20 free inventory spaces

 

32 doses - 20 rocktails = 12 brew doses left that cannot be combod with.

 

The result, your ******* useless for a start because you have no super restores or pots or weapon changes, so if you throw them in you have even less food to combo with it. Brewing up that much without comboing means you are going to be pretty garbage on the offensive (exception to overloads).
