Meh North Korea is flat broke and is fairly reliant on their aggressive nature through practice nuclear missile test and such actions to gain concessions from the international community. In exchange to promise not to do it again, they'll probably be given the food and supplies needed to feed their people. Their leader may have just been given his status from his dad, but he's not stupid. It's worked every other time, just a question of if he pushed it a bit too far this time around.
