As for old wilderness, with all the changes who knows if it would work. Also would suck if only certain people could do it.

Honestly, if something like this did happen, it would probably a lone server, where you can spawn any item, cash, and pk etc. Pretty much anything goes. They wouldn't let you move currency between that world and another non-oldwildy world. That's what I assume anyway.

Doubt they'd implement spawning as somebody will always find a way to glitch it back.

 

If they do go through with this, the items that you acquire and PK on the server will probably be unique to said server, thus making it impossible to transfer between that server and normal RS.

That's pretty much what I said, if you spawn something you won't be able to use it on another server, except for the spawning server.

 

And FYI, Jagex have actually considered doing something like this. I'm not going to say which Mod or anything though ;)
