Rethink your logic.... I don't have chaotic or overloads, but seriously. If one non combat can be used to fight other pkers, why the prejudice against another. Either everything or nothing, there shouldn't be any grey areas that way noone has anything to ***** over, but hey that's the smart thing, usually not Jagexs strong point.

How does this make sense either, come on guys think about what you are saying.

Turmoil you need prayer, prayer = combat stat.

Combat stats are ment for nothing more than what? Combat.

As annoying as it is I agree I can't stand turm

Korasis is what? a quest item.

Taking it away would be like removing dds, dlong, dscim and all those other quest rewards.

 

PvP items, cheap moves sure, but obtainable by anyone, these staying or going wouldn't really matter.
