If one thing i've learnt through clanning and leading, is that Motivation is the winner.

Tactics, organisation are the central part to winning but they are only achieved my motivation,

I've listened to videos in vent and ts, the guy has motivation and so his members trust him and therefore organisation and tactics fall into place.

 

Dvual, i dont know you, but i hope you motivate your members just as well, best of luck to both.
