staking pure help

Hey guys just wondering what stats would be good for a low/med lvl pure for staking. I'm currently working on a new pure but don't know what would be the best for staking.

str:70

def:1

hp:63

range:65

pray:1

the best for staking is having better stats than your oponent.

 

it seems you want a high strength for a low combat level, to do this you should cut down on combat leveling stats, like defence.

Stay 1 pray, train str for more hp levels, train range and just range stake

Get 70 defense and wear crazy stuffs and then get like 60 strength and just obby maul you're opponent and turn magic off. Instant win.

1 pray 1 def. Dueling arena regular rules are no pots, pray, or armor. Your HP will be your defense so if you are thinking of being a prod just scrap that idea now. dependant on how you level the account you will have to decide if you want to put your money into spec on or spec off. I'm kinda predicting with old wild back brids will move to the dueling arena also and start having everything on brid fights in the dueling arena. If you are a decent brid might be something to look into also.

But yeah, usual rules all armour/rings off no pots no pray. So Ovls/pray wont really give an advantage unless you stake someone who is either dumb or has ovls/pray aswell.

 

And wow. Legit pures may be making a comeback, rather then sw bot prods.

I'm a dds staker. There's a bunch of different routes you could take. If you want to stay pure though I suggest high str. 96 used to be the best since you would max out the hit but with the hp update it doesn't really matter as much anymore. The hp you want is up to you. The current account I'm making is 97 str and 82 hp at 71 combat with 1 pray/1 def etc. That's just to start out so I might be going higher (86/90/94) until I see what I like best. It's increments of 4 because thats the highest hp I can have at whichever combat it'll make me (72 at 86, 73 at 90, 74 at 94).

 

First hit skills are really important so keep that in mind, but of course stats help a lot.

If movement is on you used to be able to juke kids by running past them at the last second then msb until they got close enough to dds. 9/10 times they would only go in with dds.

 

 

and click at just a moment after it says 1 for first attack, don't wait for go.

yeah i was thinking about dds staking but how would that work, what if some kid said he was gonna dds stake then out of know where he pulls out claws or some other overpowered weapon
