Have all/most clans in the community agreed to participate?

 

At the accepting/declining problem, you could lose points for declining a war, which would encourage clans to war and keep the rankings active and accurate.

 

I think you should definetely reward clans for winning with 80 left rather than 15, and maybe give clans points for doing well even if they lost? For example if a 100v100 goes to 5v0 then the losing clan might recieve more points than if the winning clan had 80 left. Maybe you could base the number of points gained from the number of players a clan kills? Not thought about this much but seems logical as higher ranked clans tend to pull more and that would help with the clans warring higher/lower ranked clans, as if you war a lower ranked clan they'll likely pull less so you'll get less points for winning.

It will just require coorperation of clan leaders. However I don't think that will be an issue, this idea is pretty beast.
