Violent Demise Raising Reqs from 60+ to 70+

After looking through the ML we realised we only had 2 members under a 70 stat, and we've been thinking about a req raise for a while now, so today we've actually done it.

 

Reasons are

 

- We've had 1 too many downys applying with 60 range 42 combat.

- As I said before, only 2 members under 70 stat

- Higher reqs *Should* see us get more applications.

- We believe we can compete at these reqs, as people seem to think we're "failing" (Even though we've beaten clans on our level in PvP easily lately??)
