Nets and Nuggets Agree To Trade Pending Extension

The Nets and Nuggets have agreed to a trade pending Carmelo Anthony signing an extension with the Nets.

 

Here's what it looks like:

 

Nets Receive:

Renaldo Baulkman

Shelden Williams

Melvin Ely

 

Nuggets Receive:

*Derrick Favors

*Devin Harris

Ben Uzoh

Troy Murphy

*4 First Round Picks

 

I think it's the best deal the Nuggets can get. As a fan of the Nugs I hate to see Billups and Anthony leave, but if Melo is going to resign I'm happy with getting this in return.

 

Baulkman, Williams, and Ely barely saw any court time with Denver, they're thrown in to balance money. Uzoh for the Nets is basically nothing, Murphy is likely to be traded by Denver to another team.

 

Not sure of the years of the 4 first round picks but I know two of them are protected picks (1-18).
