Enquiring because I have never tried it before, but could someone give me some rough estimates of how much it would cost for levels:

 

82-90

 

82-94

 

Both training mage with ancients.

Ah My bad, Mage levels, and whichever would be cheapest, I have around 70m set aside for mage but would like to use as little as possible

Burst = Cheaper.

 

70m is plenty you will have tons left over.

 

It's about 200-250k for 1k ice bursts (xp).

 

From 82-94 mage it's 5,523,527xp.

 

5,523,527/200,000 = 27.617635 (27.6k ice bursts.)

 

[ SPELL ]: Ice Burst | Level: 70 | Exp: 40ea | Runes: 4 chaos, 2 death, 4 water | Cost: 1,170gp

 

1170*27600 = 32,292,000 (32.29m)

 

No more then 40m, you could die or something so I gave you an 8m bumper. Gl, you could also use the left over 30m on summoning, could probably get around 80.
