Well I tried logging onto my account yesterday, but it said I have negative j-coins. Said I need to buy like 50 j-coins (around $10?) to get my acc back, but considering I quit I'm not paying ****.

So what are these j-coins and how do you get them? I haven't went on my account in like 4 months and when I played RS regularly I never encountered them.

If you were banned then that solves that, you can like pay your way to get unbanned. But I don't think this is your problem.

 

It could also have something to do with an undercharge, maybe your credit card switched or somehow you mislead jagex and underpayed them in anyway.

 

If not, go to "Account Support" on the RS forums. Don't beg just state what happened maybe they can help you.

I think u may have not paid them or a glitch, i heard there was a glitch with paying at one point, like u wanted to change ur paying option and it glitched and u didnt pay for a month but had members, so they get all **********.

My friend bought membership for the account, so I'm guessing that was the problem. PS I sol the account to him, but he later gave me pass to go on once in a while, just wanted to see how the account was doing-.-
