I have to say that i agree with everyones post so far and i'm happy that we all are in an agreement with this agreeable issue in which we can all agree on.

Determined Members: I'm not too certain many clans would have pulled through the vast amount of **** we've been put up against as gracefully as Malice has.

All-Around Activity: I want to be able to wake up and go to the computer and be able to see the same amount of people chatting in the IRC as when I come back from school or when I say goodnight before going to bed.

Honour: I don't want to join a clan that DDoSes teamspeaks, flames others or does anything that would give me a bad conscience

Room for Improvement: I want to join a clan in which I know that if I invest time I will be able to reap the fruit of my efforts. This means that if a clan is too established I will get bored overly easy and if a clan is just **** I won't know where to even start fixing things, a good medium is optimal.
