Help with stats and spots

Ok recently iam back to pure training, since i was pretty much retired last 2 years, or i just did warring with main account.

 

My answer is what to do with my account.

 

50 att(i like maulers, not planning to train for now)

80 str(should go up and get cmb with that?)

1 def

30 pray(1 quest till 31)

70 ranged - currently training it up

50 magic

72 hp(SW or normally train and gain it?)

 

How should my stats look like?(Str and ranged especially and lvl difference )

 

Iam thinking of starting with range/melee whats your thoughts? Iam F2P right now, will pay P2P soon, what are the good spots for both of them? Training range at Goblins right now, p2p maybe caged orgres?

50 attack is limited, and maul sucks
