what. no. And I'm a Human Nutrition and Dietetics double major. Yes there are plenty of ways to get everything you need without eating meat, but eliminating meat all together doesn't make it much easier.

That's just the worse side of it. If you really want to be smart you'll buy meat from producers that don't practice production like they do in the video you shared, instead of completely knocking it out of your diet.
