these rules applied when wildy was around, I remember those were the first few things we learnt as we joined a clan and you'd get booted/striked if you broke them, dunno how they had the control then though.

 

It's because every newfag member in this community now thinks they're bigger than their clan.

The only thing that should stop and is virtually undetectable at the moment is Ddosing of anything. Who cares about everything else. Ddosing Teamspeaks/ventrilos and caller/leaders gives the one clan a huge disadvantage.
