Are masser clans aloud to join pw as a clan and stuff , because I see that Bv applied for Clan leader alot of times and still never got it . I just wanted to know do we aloud massers to get the same respect as official clans ? JUST A QUICK QUESTION.

I dont think theres a problem with it except that according to PW rules you have to have a memberlist that at least fills a certain quota out for consideration.

Massers are just that, massers. They're not organized enough to have official leaders nor do they have an official ml. Without a ml you have no way to prove that you have 15 members, which happens to be one of the rules for becoming a clan leader/recognized clan.
