PCR list was pretty worthless imo.

 

No one really seemed to care about it, at least not at the time. And it didn't account for solely P2P based clans. When it was around I think Carnage was like 12/13 or higher, when we could have easily been lower but none of us really cared/took it seriously.

 

I think Karl's been working on a PCR-type list for a while now though, so who knows. Maybe he has something good.

It was cool for a while in mid 07, smaller clans could use it well to their advantage but the bigger clans who are less willing to full out under rules that don't benefit them don't seem to care for it all that much.

the "nonlegit" clans were there back then. and they were the ones that only ever warred because it wasn't a huge thing like it is for "legit" clans. all clans are scared to lose that's why they say LOL WE DON'T TAKE PCR SERIOUSLY
