Currently no clans believe that summoning levels play that huge role in outcome of a 1 vs. 1 clan fight. However, I personally believe that having a min. 57 summoning req for that tiger thing would actually effect the outcome. Imagine 70 pures with min. 57 summoning and all having their familiar following them. Don't tell me that wouldn't effect the outcome in a 1 vs. 1 fight.

 

BUT, I don't believe it will happen in 2011.

It would make a dramatic change to the way that we warred if it did.

 

It may in the future, especially if Jagex realise an easier way to get charms, but I don't think it will be any time soon.
