Well I created and only managed the first RvB, what I did was put average pulls together and ML's. Found and balance them and kazam, made even enough teams.

I was "retired" durring the second one, so I don't know how they did that one. :S

I organized it following most of your templates from the first. Did the same thing took their average attendances and threw some teams together. Endured several days of leaders raging at me because they can't cooperate with other clans, then if I remember correctly I somehow crashed it as well
