Zammy book worth it??

My account atm is botting 99 mining at LRC. Once its 99 ill have around 36-40m. What i want to know is if the Unholy Book (Zammy Book, Red book etc.) is worth the 18m. Please help by telling me if its worth it or what other book to buy if it isnt.

Get Guthix book, or Sara book and then Bandos Book as Bandos book gives +6 to attack bonus' and sara is the cheapest book to fill and you cannot just get bandos from the start.
