Why is CW arena still in wilderness?

Put it in some random dungeon where the rest of the maps are. It's just moronic that its in the middle of one of the most important areas of the entire game.

I disagree. The arena there only makes for 2 small paths leading up to gdz, which I feel causes the action to sort of "bottle neck" into the same 2 spots. Makes it easier to crash in my opinion.
