I put clans together not because they're equal, but because the result varies based on the rules of the fight. I'll use us as an example since it's the center of your post; Both times you beat us were with clan cloaks, but we beat you with team-capes. If clan cloaks was the defined rule for determining matched opts rankings then you would be right, but it's not and neither is team-capes, hence why we're together.

But then i'd get CP ranks quoting saying PREP US when we've made it perfectly clear we're not interested in interacting with your clan. Reason I haven't put us over EOP despite our win a week or two ago is once we do this consistently then we can rank ourselves higher. Making progress though despite the 10+ combat advantage in attack/prayer.
